The terms and conditions (Terms) detailed below apply to all bookings made on this IdiliQ Hotels & Resorts (IDILIQ) website or by telephone or otherwise. Please note that for promotional bookings the relevant additional terms and conditions should be consulted.
When you make a booking via this platform, your contract (which includes these Terms) will be direct with the operating company for the resort as stated in your booking (the resort).
GENERAL
Breakfast Lunch and Dinner reservations cannot be guaranteed on line. If your booking includes a dining component, please contact the resort direct to book your preferred time slot to complete your online booking. Please note that the price being offered currently cannot be guaranteed should you not complete your booking at this stage.
All rates featured on this website or quoted by telephone or otherwise are offered subject to availability and IDILIQ reserves the right to refuse any booking for good reason. Only adults aged 18 and over can stay at the resort unaccompanied.
IDILIQ offers a choice of room only, bed and breakfast or dinner, bed and breakfast rates. Wyndham Residences Kusadasi offers all-inclusive rates, with local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner, all included in the price. All prices are inclusive of local taxes.
PRICING
We offer a full range of packages and pricing, as detailed below. Our packages and pricing will fluctuate depending upon availability and demand at any given time. All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are inclusive of all local taxes at the current prevailing rate. The price of your stay will be displayed in local currency on our websites at the time of booking. This price will be guaranteed once you have received a confirmation number. Pricing conversion into local currency is calculated using current exchange rates and are subject to fluctuation.
PAY AT RESORT RATE
In general, Pay at Resort Rates are available until the day of arrival. These rates allow you to transfer and alter arrival dates up to a maximum of two changes prior to arrival. You can cancel your booking up to 2pm 48 hours prior to arrival without charge. Cancellations made after 2pm 48 hours prior to arrival will incur full charges. At Wyndham Duchally Country Estate and Wyndham Trenython Manor, cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will incur full charges.
PAY FIRST NIGHT NOW RATES
In general, our Pay First Night Now Rates are available until 72 hours prior of arrival. A non-refundable deposit equal to the value of one night of the full cost is required at time of booking. These rates allow you to transfer or alter arrival dates once prior to arrival. Cancellations made after 2pm 48 hours prior to arrival will incur full charges. At Wyndham Duchally Country Estate and Wyndham Trenython Manor, cancellations made within 7 days prior to arrival will incur full charges.
PAY NOW RATES
In general, our Pay Now rates are available 7 days or more before the arrival date however exceptions may apply to some resorts Pay Now Rates offer a percentage discount from our flexible rate plans and require full pre-payment at the time of booking. Pay Now Rates are non-transferable and non-refundable.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
The credit/debit card used to book your stay must be presented and validated at reception upon arrival at the resort. Please note that failure to do so or the presentation of an invalid credit/debit card will result in an alternative payment method being requested.
PROMOTIONS, SPECIAL SEASONAL CAMPAIGNS & PARTNERSHIP RATES
These rates will require a promotion code. Separate terms and conditions may apply which will take precedence over these standard booking terms and conditions.
GENERAL TERMS – ALL RATE PLANS
For the avoidance of doubt, your price does not include any incidental charges which you may incur during your stay (including, by way of example only, in respect of your use of the resort’s bar and mini-bar facilities as well as in any restaurants and the costs of external calls from your residence). All such charges will be payable by you on your departure and, in the event that you fail to pay any such incidental charges, it is a condition of your contract that you irrevocably authorise the operating company of the resort booked to debit your credit or debit card.
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances out with the control of the management of the resort, the resort management reserve the right to substitute your accommodation for an equivalent standard and size residence type. The management will use its best endeavours to contact any impacted guest in advance of arrival, but this may not always be possible
FORCE MAJUERE
Neither party shall be in breach of these Terms nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of its obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control (such as a pandemic like Covid 19). In such circumstances the time for performance shall be extended by a period equivalent to the period during which performance of the obligation has been delayed or failed to be performed. If the period of delay or non-performance continues for 2 weeks, either party may terminate immediately by giving written notice to the affected party.

Book online with IDILIQ for the best rate, guaranteed. If you find a better publicly-available like for like rate anywhere online, we shall refund you the difference plus 5% – Terms & Conditions apply as set out below.
PRICE MATCH TERMS & CONDITIONS
IDILIQ guarantees the best online rate for reservations at all IDILIQ properties, based on the following terms and conditions:
- Your original reservation must have been through IDILIQ.
- The lower rate found, and the claim made to match it must be within 24 hours of the original booking being made.
- Price Match only applies to publicly available rates, which can be seen and booked without any kind of restriction or membership requirement.
- The lower rate found must be for exactly the same booking criteria meaning the same resort, the same residence / room type, same inclusions, the same stay dates and the same rate description. The cancellation policy and all other terms and conditions of the stay must also be identical.
- IDILIQ will verify the lower rate claim and respond within 3 working days* of the claim being made. *Claims will be processed Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm.
- The rate comparison will be made net of any taxes, gratuities or any other fees associated with the residence / room rate, and the lower rate must still be available at the time the hotel validates the claim. Rate differences solely due to exchange rate fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the guarantee.
- When a claim covers a multiple night stay, the rate comparison will be made against the total residence / room cost on official resort website compared to the total residence / room cost on the other website.
- All price match claims must be emailed within 24 hours of booking to your booked resort at the email address provided on your confirmation.
DOGS
Wyndham Trenython Manor and Wyndham Duchally Country Estate are able to accommodate dogs in selected lodges when booked in advance, at an extra charge. Dogs are not allowed in the hotel rooms or in the Restaurant and Bar. For further information please contact the hotel directly. Registered guide and support dogs belonging to those with visual and hearing impairments are allowed in all our properties, even where the property description states that pets are not allowed.
Customers with animal allergies should be aware that we cannot guarantee that a dog has not previously stayed in their chosen property, nor can we accept any liability for any suffering which may occur as a result of such animals having been present.
CAR PARKING
Car parking is free at all our resort residences, but at some resorts there is limited availability. For further information on parking availability, please check the FAQ’s page for your chosen resort.
CHECKING IN AND OUT -ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
UK Hotel rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival. All Self-Catering Residences across all destinations are available for check in from 4pm. UK Hotel Rooms must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure, all Self-Catering Residences across all destinations must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.
MEAL ARRANGEMENTS
Rates which include breakfast offer either a full traditional hot breakfast and / or continental breakfast with tea or coffee, based on the destination offering. Please check our resort dining pages for further detailed information. Rates which include dinner offer a choice from the restaurant’s table d’hôte menu. Where a restaurant does not offer a table d’hôte menu, an allowance (which varies from location to location) is allocated towards dining from the à la carte menu. There is no refund for meals which are not taken by guests and lunch cannot be taken in place of dinner. Children sharing a residence or hotel room with two adults or more who have paid for breakfast as part of their stay are eligible to the following:
- Children 0 to 2 years – Free
- Children 2 to 12 years – Breakfast child price applies per person
- Children 12+ – Full breakfast charges apply
From time to time IDILIQ may offer special promotions whereby children up to the age of 16 have breakfast included free as part of their stay.
HEALTH, LEISURE AND WELLBEING
Many of our resorts have excellent leisure and some spa facilities such as a swimming pool, steam room, sauna and spa pool (the availability and range of facilities varies from resort to resort).
Please check online for the range of facilities at your chosen resort. A charge will be made for the use of certain facilities, such as spa treatments and exercise classes. Your use of such facilities is subject to any particular terms and conditions applying at the resort at which you have placed your booking.
Unaccompanied minors under 16’s are not permitted to use the gym or any of our thermal suites or spa facilities and must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when using any other available leisure facility. Under 8’s are not permitted to use the spa thermal pools, saunas or steam rooms at any time. In some instances, children splash times may be restricted, please check the Leisure Facilities webpage of your chosen resort for more information.
If you have had or are suffering from severe allergies, ill health, a particular medical condition or are pregnant we advise you to speak to your GP prior to arrival to ensure you can use any leisure or spa facilities, services or treatments. All treatments booked are subject to medical status. We reserve the right to refuse treatment/s if we feel it is not in the best interest of the Client.
GIFT VOUCHERS & VOUCHER PRIZES
Gift vouchers and vouchers used as competition prizes, unless otherwise specified on the voucher, are valid for one year from date of issue and subject to any specific conditions contained within. If you have a prize voucher and wish to extend the validity date, please contact the resort Directly.
IDILIQ gift vouchers should be presented on check-in or when opting to pay for your meal plan or upon arrival at our Leisure Centre / Spa, if opting to pay for spa treatments. Customers must advice when using a voucher prior to booking a break, meal, spa treatment or any other service as outlined in the voucher terms & conditions at the time of purchase.
IDILIQ gift vouchers can be used in any IDILIQ resort destination. Gift vouchers can be used to settle accounts at IDILIQ Resorts, either in full or part payment, but change cannot be given. Vouchers can only be used up to a maximum of £2,000 in any one transaction. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost and is non-transferable. Monetary gift vouchers cannot be split to settle accounts in more than one IDILIQ resort, nor can accounts be transferred. No refund of money will be made once the voucher has been purchased and no change can be given unless IDILIQ withdraw vouchers without prior notice. IDILIQ cannot accept responsibility for the loss or theft of a gift voucher after it has been issued. IDILIQ reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. No photocopies will be accepted. If a resort is no longer part of IDILIQ once you come to use vouchers it will not be accepted, vouchers can only be used in resorts part of IDILIQ at time of use and not at time of purchase.
CANCELLATION & AMENDMENTS
All cancellation and amendments terms are covered under the PRICING SECTION for all rate plans next to each rate description.
Promotion and Partnership rates may only be cancelled in accordance with the specific terms applying to that rate which will be advised at the time of booking.
A cancellation number must be obtained to ensure that minimum charges are levied.
Whilst every effort is made to fulfil any particular requests which you may make in relation to your stay with us, please note that these requests do not form part of our contract and we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet any particular requests.
HOUSE RULES & DAMAGE CAUSED BY GUESTS
You are solely liable and responsible to the management, its other guests, invitees visitors, agents and servants for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by your own negligence and non-observance of any / instructions.
Gambling, contraband, prostitution, weapons, explosives, flammable objects, poisons, drugs, animals (other than dogs where permitted) and pungent food are strictly prohibited on the resort premises.
You will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by you, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.
It is agreed that you will conduct yourself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the resort.
The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her residence or other areas of the resort forthwith, Without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
COMPLAINTS OR COMMENTS
Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at one of our resorts should be made in the first instance to the resort’s Duty or General Manager at the time of your stay so that it can be resolved at the time.
GENERAL INFORMATION AND PROVISIONS
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information set out on our websites and marketing campaigns, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured on our websites or email campaigns or otherwise at any time.
All details are correct at time of going to print, however may be subject to change from time to time.
IDILIQ shall not be responsible for any loss or damage which you may suffer arising out of events beyond its control or the control of its suppliers (including, without limitation, fire, failure of electrical, gas or other power supplies, strikes, industrial action, terrorist activity, technical problems with transport, illness of entertainers and bad weather), nor for any curtailment, cancellation or change to any accommodation, activity or itinerary or any other consequences which arise as a result of such events.
For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in these Terms shall operate to attempt to exclude or limit IDILIQ’s liability for the death or personal injury of any person caused by the negligence of IDILIQ or its employees, servants or agents or to attempt to exclude or limit IDILIQ’s liability in any manner which would be unlawful.
These Terms shall be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which the resort for which you make your booking is situated.
