Where can I play golf in Tenerife?

For some of the best coastal golf courses in Europe, head to the south of Tenerife. Golf del Sur is a standout with its striking black sand bunkers, wide fairways, lush palm trees, giant cacti and sweeping Atlantic views. Our hotels are close to Golf del Sur and other golfing hotspots including Golf Costa Adeje and Abama Golf Club, which is open to non-residents. Aficionados may want to arrange a day trip to the island’s north to pay homage to one of Europe’s oldest golf clubs. Real Club de Golf Tenerife opened in 1932 and is the second oldest course in Spain.

Can I book a round of golf at the hotels?

Absolutely. Some of the island’s must-play courses are right by our three Tenerife golf hotels and we can certainly arrange for guests to play a round or two (or more). We can often secure preferential rates for our guests and can assist with transport to and from the clubs, as well as club hire. To avoid disappointment, we recommend contacting our hotel reception in advance of your arrival to secure your games. But we have good relationships with our local Tenerife golf resorts so do swing by to ask if the mood for a round strikes while you’re staying with us!
