At what time can we check-in?

The official check-in time is 16:00.

Should you wish to arrive early on your check-in date, please inform us in advance and we will do our best to prepare your residence for you.

Complying with Spanish legislation, all guests aged over 16 must present and register their passport at Reception on arrival. A credit or debit card will be requested as a deposit.

At what time do we need to check-out?

Check-out time is 10:00 on the day of your departure. You may settle your account at Reception on the day before departure. Check that you have all your possessions. If you have used the safe, leave it open. The rest of the resort facilities are at your disposal – including the luggage room, swimming pools, restaurants and bars.

Can I request a late check-out?

Yes - a late check-out is possible for an additional fee and subject to availability. Please request details at check-in.

Is it possible to extend my stay?

Yes – Reception can extend your stay for you, subject to availability.

RESORT FACILITIES

Is WiFi available?

Yes - WiFi is available free of charge in Zacary's Restaurant, and in all apartments.

Is there free parking on the resort?

Yes - car parking is free.

Are the children’s activities free?

Our kids’ club for 4–12 year olds, offers an array of fabulous fun games for children – all in a safe and friendly environment. There is a registration cost of €5 per child, which includes a Team Marina T-shirt. Some activities do require an extra fee – more details are available from Team Marina on the resort.

Do you provide pool towels?

Pool towels are provided at reception upon request where a deposit charge of 20€ per towel will be held against your account. If you wish to use the pool facilities on the day of departure, please keep the towel(s) provided and return them to Reception prior to departure, otherwise the aforementioned charge will be applied. Should you decide to change your pool towels, a small charge will be applied per towel in support of our sustainable environment policy.

Is there a heated swimming pool?

All pools are heated. The main pool is located next to Zacary’s restaurant and is available for families to enjoy activities and have fun during their stay, with a children's pool alongside. Our adults-only pool is open during peak season and allows guests to retreat and relax in a tranquil environment, with VIP Balinese beds available to hire.

Is there a lifeguard on duty?

We have a lifeguard on duty 7 days a week during the swimming pool opening times.

Do you have any restaurants on site?

We have a restaurant onsite catering for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We do not offer room service.Please see our dining page here.

Is there an on-site supermarket?

Yes. Sam's Pantry, our mini market and bakery, located on the ground floor of block A, is open daily from 09:00 to 16:00.

Can I room charge?

Yes. For your ease and convenience, all transactions can be room charged and this is our preferred method of payment.

Is it possible to exchange money at Reception?

Yes. Should you need to exchange money, you can do so at Reception; please bear in mind that this facility is strictly limited to cash exchanges and only main currencies are available. Please contact Reception for further details.

Is there a doctor on resort?

Should you require a doctor to visit you a private hospital is located nearby with facilities open 24/7. Please contact Reception to make an appointment.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside our residences or our restaurants, though it is permitted on the terraces.

RESIDENCE INFORMATION

What are the bed configurations and sizes?

Studios have a king size or two single beds.

One bedroom residences have a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge.

Two bedroom apartments have a king size bed in the master bedroom, two singles in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge.

Three bedroom apartments have a king size bed in the master bedrooms, two singles each of the other bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge.

Are cots and highchairs available?

Travel cots and highchairs (suitable for children up to 2 years old) can be requested free of charge from Reception.

Is there are a charge for damages?

We ask you to assist us in keeping your apartment in good condition and maintaining the standard of the resort accommodation. Please help us by informing Reception if anything is broken, missing or damaged within your apartment. You may be required to pay for any unnecessary damage that is caused during your stay.

Are there ironing facilities in the apartments?

Yes - all apartments have their own iron and ironing board.

Is there a hairdryer in the apartment?

Yes - all apartments have a hairdryer available.

Do the apartments have air conditioning?

Yes - all apartments have air conditioning.

Are pets allowed on the resort?

No - pets are not allowed on the resort.

How is rubbish disposed of?

We encourage you to support Wyndham Green, a Wyndham efficiency and green practice program by recycling your household waste. Colour coded bags are provided in all apartments to separate plastics, paper, cardboard, and general waste and bags can be deposited at communal recycling points clearly marked at the resort.

Is there a television in the apartments?

Yes - every apartment has satellite television with channels in various languages. You will find an overview of all channels on channel 2.

Is there a room safe in the apartments?

Yes - all apartments are equipped with a safe. Please contact Reception for more information, or if you experience any difficulties.

GETTING AROUND

How far away is the nearest beach?

Playa de Torviscas is just 2.5kms from the resort.

How far away is the nearest town?

Fañabe is 1km from the resort and the popular Playa de Las Americas is approximately 5km away.

Can I hire a car once at the resort?

Certainly, we would be pleased to arrange a delivery of a vehicle of your choice directly to the resort. Please contact Reception for further details.

How do I book a Taxi?

Please contact Reception if you require a taxi from the resort.
