First impressions are everything – which is why guests can now enjoy a large new 24-hour Wyndham Costa del Sol Reception area. Open 24 hours a day, our dedicated reception team will swiftly welcome you, and get you checked in or out in no time. They are also on hand to arrange for a porter service or assist with luggage storage.

Making it memorable

With access to our new dedicated Guest Service Centre, found next to Sam’s Pantry, guests can easily find answers to all their day-to-day questions, and assistance with booking a range of services during their stay.

Just pop in between 8am and 10pm, and our helpful team can book a table at your favourite onsite restaurant, a Balinese Bed at our VIP pool area, arrange a Spa treatment, taxi or car hire. They can also replace lost key cards and take care of your housekeeping requests. Whatever you need, we’re here to help.
