At what time can we check-in?

The official check-in time is 16:00.

Should you wish to arrive early on your check-in date, please inform us in advance and we will do our best to prepare your residence for you.

At what time do we need to check-out?

Check-out time is 10:00 on the day of your departure. You may settle your account at Reception on the day before departure.

Can I request a late check-out?

Yes - a late check-out is possible for an additional fee and subject to availability. Please request details at check-in.

Is it possible to extend my stay?

Yes – Reception can extend your stay for you, subject to availability.

What is the ‘tourist tax’ in Austria?

According to government rules, you must pay a tourist tax in Austria – it is currently €1.55 per person, per night (not applicable for children under 15 and disabled persons). We will add the amount to your account and you can pay on check out.

What if we arrive while reception is closed?

It is possible to check-in when reception is closed. The duty manager can remotely open the door for you and you can collect your keys. Full check in can be done at reception the next morning.


Do you have a Ski storage room?

Yes - its located in the basement of the hotel and can be accessed from the car park.

Is WiFi available?

Yes -WiFi is available free of charge in our Bars & Restaurants, and in all apartments.

Is there free parking on the resort?

Yes - car parking is free.

Do you have any restaurants on site?

We have a restaurant and onsite catering for breakfast only currently. We do not offer room service. Please see our dining page here.

Do you provide pool towels?

Yes – pool towels are provided.

Is there a lifeguard on duty?

No. There is no lifeguard by our indoor swimming pool. Guests can use it at their own risk. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult when entering the facility. Children in the water must be supervised by an adult or guardian in the water, on deck and in the locker room area.


What are the bed configurations and sizes?

All residences, apart from 2, have a Murphy bed. Studio residences have a double bed. One bedroom residences have a double bedroom and a sofa bed. Two bedroom residences have a double bed in the master bedroom, single bunk beds in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge.

Are cots and highchairs available?

Travel cots and highchairs (suitable for children up to 2 years old) can be requested free of charge from Reception.

Is there are a charge for damages?

We ask you to assist us in keeping your apartment in good condition and maintaining the standard of the resort accommodation. Please help us by informing Reception if anything is broken, missing or damaged within your apartment. You may be required to pay for any unnecessary damage that is caused during your stay.

Are there ironing facilities in the apartments?

Yes - all apartments have their own iron and ironing board.

Are pets allowed on the resort?

No - pets are not allowed on the resort.

How is rubbish disposed of?

We encourage you to support Wyndham Green, a Wyndham efficiency and green practice program by recycling your household waste. Colour coded bags are provided in all apartments to separate plastics, paper, cardboard, and general waste and bags can be deposited at communal recycling points clearly marked at the resort.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside our residences or our restaurants, though it is permitted on balconies and terraces.

Is there a television in the apartments?

Yes - every apartment has satellite television with channels in various languages.

Is there a room safe in the apartments?

Yes - all apartments are equipped with a safe. Please contact Reception for more information, or if you experience any difficulties.


How far away is the nearest town?

The nearest town is Zell am See, which is 8km from the resort.

How far away are the nearest ski slopes?

The nearest ski slopes are also at Zell am See. We run a ski shuttle service from Sunday to Friday to the Areitbahn ski lift in Zell am See. Please contact reception for further information.

Is public transport available?

Yes, as well as the ski shuttle buses there are public buses and daily shuttles to Kaprun. Please contact reception for further information.

Can I hire a car once at the resort?

We do not have car rental facilities at the resort. Please see below details of local car rental companies:

Rent a Car Center: (Zell am See).

Do you offer airport transfers?

Please contact Reception for details of our resort airport transfer service to, and from Salzburg. Reservations must be made no later than 1 week prior to arrival.

How do I book a Taxi?

Please contact Reception if you require a taxi from the resort.
