By road

Royal Marbella Golf Resort is in a quiet residential area right next to El Paraiso Golf and close to Benahavis, Marbella and Estepona. The international airports of Málaga and Gibraltar are both around a 45 minute drive away.

While we can arrange private transfers from the airport, we highly recommend guests hire a car while staying with us to truly get to know this sun drenched part of southern Spain.

At what time can we check-in?

You can check-in from 4pm. Office hours are from 9am to 8pm but we have security after that time. Please let us know if your estimated time of arrival is after 8pm. Please use the intercom to alert staff if you arrive late.

Complying with Spanish legislation introduced in 2024, all guests must provide personal information and contact details, and guests over the age of 14 must also provide their ID details. To save time at check in this can be completed online in advance using our online check-in process. A credit or debit card will be requested as security on arrival.

At what time do we need to check-out?

You must check-out by 10 am on the day of your departure.

Luggage storage facilities are available, please contact Reception for further details.

You may settle your account the day before departure to ensure a speedy check out.

You may continue to use the Resort facilities on your departure day.

Can we pay for early check-in/late check-out?

Guests who book directly with the Resort will get a FREE early check-in OR late check-out*.

Guests booking via any other channel can request an early check-in from 1pm or a late check-out to 1pm upon payment of a €30 supplement*.

*Subject to availability.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in Reception, The Hub the swimming pool area and all apartments.

Can I book Restaurants, Golf and Excursions from the resort?

Our concierge team is on hand to assist you with booking restaurants and excursions. We also offer a free golf booking service for our guests. See our golf page for further details.

Are housekeeping services available?

All our apartments are fully cleaned prior to every check-in and after each check-out.

In addition to this for stays of four nights and longer guests will have their apartment tidied and rubbish removed on day four of their stay.

For stays of eight nights or longer guests will have their suite cleaned, linen and towels changed and rubbish removed on day eight of their stay.

Additional housekeeping services can be requested via our Reception for a supplement.

Do you recycle?

Guests can find recycling containers on the street on both sides of the Resort.

Pool

Is there a swimming pool?

Yes. Summer opening times are from 10am to 7.30pm. Spring, Autumn and Winter opening times are from 10.30am to 6pm. The pools are not heated.

Do you provide pool towels?

Pool towels can be collected from Reception. A fully refundable €20 deposit is required.

Is there a lifeguard on duty?

We have a lifeguard on duty daily during the opening times of our swimming pools in the summer season.

Getting Around

Is there a beach nearby?

El Saladillo Beach is approximately a 9 minute drive away.

How far away is the nearest town?

Benahavis town is approximately a 10 minute drive away.

Is it possible to rent a car?

Reception can arrange delivery of a car hire vehicle directly to the Resort.

Is there parking on the resort?

Yes, we offer car parking in our underground car parks. There is a daily charge of €8 (€10 from June to September) and this must be paid on arrival.

How do I book a taxi?

Our concierge team can book a taxi for you or you can call Benahavis Taxi direct on +34 952 869 090.

Rules on noise

For the enjoyment of all guests, we request that noise be kept to a minimum after 11pm. We ask that guests on the upper floors be particularly careful when moving furniture to avoid inconveniencing guests below.
