At what time can we check-in?

The official check-in time is 16:00.

Should you wish to arrive early on your check-in date, please inform us in advance and we will do our best to prepare your suite for you.

Complying with Spanish legislation, all guests aged over 16 must present and register their passport at Reception on arrival. A credit or debit card will be requested as a deposit.

At what time do we need to check-out?

Check-out time is 10:00 on the day of your departure. You may settle your account at Reception on the day before departure. Check that you have all your possessions. If you have used the safe, leave it open. The rest of the resort facilities are at your disposal – including the luggage room, swimming pools, restaurants and bars.

Can I request a late check-out?

Yes - a late check-out is possible for an additional fee and subject to availability. Please request details at check-in.

Is it possible to extend my stay?

Yes – Reception can extend your stay for you, subject to availability.


Is WiFi available?

Yes. WiFi is available free of charge in the main areas on resort and in all suites.

Is there free parking on the resort?

Yes - car parking is free. Some suites offer an enclosed garage; you may be asked for a refundable deposit for the garage key.

Are the children’s activities free?

Yes, they are! Our kids’ clubs for 4 to 15 year olds offer an array of fun games and activities, all carried out in a safe and friendly environment. From sports games and face painting to our popular mini-cinema and mini-disco, there is something to suit everyone. We also offer a variety of Resort-based activities too from water Zumba to football, archery to mini-golf.

Which pools can I use on site?

Every resort at Wyndham Costa del Sol enjoys access to at least one swimming pool. You can find the location of the closest pools to your suite on the Resort Map. For information on which alternative pools to use, please contact Reception.

Do you provide pool towels?

Yes - pool towels can be collected from our Guest Service Centre.

Is there a heated swimming pool?

The pool next to Safari Restaurant is heated during winter months (November to May) and is accessible to all guests of Wyndham Grand.

Do you have any restaurants on site?

Yes - there are numerous restaurants, cafés and bars onsite catering for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We do not offer room service but we have takeaway options. Please see our dining page here.

Is there an on-site supermarket?

Yes. Our mini-market, Zac’s is open from 10am to 5pm daily. There is also Sam's Pantry, our onsite cafe and deli, which is open daily between 8am and 6pm.

Is there a fitness centre on site?

Yes - The fitness centre is open daily, 9am – 7pm.

Is there a tennis court available?

Yes. For tennis court reservations and equipment rental, please contact Team Marina.

Can I room charge?

Yes. For your ease and convenience, all transactions can be room charged. This is our preferred method of payment.

Is it possible to exchange money at Reception?

Yes. Should you need to exchange money, you can do so at Reception; please bear in mind that this facility is strictly limited to cash exchanges and only main currencies are available. Please contact Reception for further details.

Is there a doctor on resort?

Yes. A private medical centre is located near Reception and is open at the following times: Monday and Friday 11:30am – 1:30pm. In case of an emergency, or if you need a doctor outside of these hours, please do not hesitate to contact Reception, or our onsite security team.

Where is the nearest cash point?

There are two cash points on the resort, which can be found on the resort map.


What are the bed configurations and sizes?

One bedroom suites have a super king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. Two bedroom suites have a super king size bed in the master bedroom, two singles in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. Three bedroom suites have a super king size bed in the master bedroom, a king size bed in second bedroom, and two singles in the third bedroom. They also have a sofa bed in the lounge.

Are cots and highchairs available?

Travel cots and highchairs (suitable for children up to two years old) can be requested free of charge from Reception.

Is there are a charge for damages?

We ask you to assist us in keeping your suite in good condition and maintaining the standard of the resort accommodation. Please help us by informing Reception if anything is broken, missing or damaged within your suite. You may be required to pay for any unnecessary damage that is caused during your stay.

Are pets allowed on the resort?

No - pets are not allowed on the resort.

How is rubbish disposed of?

We encourage you to support Wyndham Green, a Wyndham efficiency and green practice program by recycling your household waste. Colour coded bags are provided in all suites to separate plastics, paper, cardboard, and general waste and bags can be deposited at communal recycling points clearly marked at the resort.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside our suites or our restaurants, though it is permitted on balconies and terraces.

Are there ironing facilities in the suites?

Yes - all suites have their own iron and ironing board.

Is there a television in the suites?

Yes - every suite has satellite television with channels in various languages. If you experience problems at any time, please contact Reception.

Is there a room safe in the suites?

Yes - all suites are equipped with a safe. Please contact Reception for more information, or if you experience any difficulties.

Is there a washing machine in the suites?

Yes - all suites are equipped with a washing machine.


When are the local markets?

La Cala de Mijas has a market on Wednesdays and Saturdays while Fuengirola has one on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

How far is the beach?

The beach is a five to ten-minute walk from Wyndham Grand Reception. Our free Resort road train can transport you to and from the nearest access point.

How far away is the nearest town?

Fuengirola is our nearest town and is approximately 2km from the resort.

Can I hire a car once at the resort?

Yes, you can. Our preferred partner is Autos Lido who operate out of the airport, and from within the resort.

Are there any local buses?

Yes – local buses between Fuengirola and Marbella operate every half hour, picking passengers up at bus stops located along the motorway. The closest stop for buses heading to Marbella from the Resort is located at the petrol station, just adjacent to us. The C1 train line connects Fuengirola to Málaga, with stops at Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Plaza Mayor and others.

How do I book a Taxi?

Please contact Reception if you require a taxi from the Resort. Due to high demand, we recommend that you book a taxi to the airport the day before your departure.

Compared to some countries, taxis are reasonably cheap in Spain. The cost of a trip is usually determined by a meter; however, the taxi driver may refer to the official listed tariffs which are available to customers upon request. If in doubt, ask the taxi driver before you travel.

Taxis for more than four passengers (minivans) are available on request only, and via prior reservations strongly recommended.
