At what time can we check-in?

The official check-in time is 15:00 for hotel rooms, and 16:00 for lodges.

Should you wish to arrive early on your check-in date, please inform us in advance and we will do our best to prepare your accommodation for you.

At what time do we need to check-out?

Check-out time is 11:00 hrs on the day of your departure for hotel rooms, and 10:00 for lodges. You may settle your account at Reception on the day before departure.

Can I request a late check-out?

Yes - a late check-out is possible for an additional fee and subject to availability. Please request details at check-in.

Is it possible to extend my stay?

Yes – Reception can extend your stay for you, subject to availability.

RESORT FACILITIES

Is WiFi available?

Yes - we have complimentary WiFi available throughout the resort. You will be able to connect to 4 devices per hotel room/lodge booked.

Is there free parking on the resort?

Yes - we have plenty of parking available and we do not allocate so you can park anywhere in the area that your lodge/hotel room is located. We also have limited car parking at the Leisure Centre.

Do you have any restaurants on site?

We have a restaurant onsite catering for breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. We also offer takeaways. Please see our dining page here.

Can I room charge?

Yes. For your ease and convenience, all transactions can be room charged and this is our preferred method of payment.

Do you provide pool towels?

Yes – pool towels are provided for you at the Leisure Centre.

Is there a heated swimming pool?

Yes - our swimming pool is heated.

What should I do in case of a medical emergency?

In case of medical emergency please contact St. Margaret’s Health Centre in Auchterarder to speak to a GP on 01764 662275. Alternatively, you can contact 111 (non-emergencies) for medical advice. In case of emergency, dial 999.

Do we offer childcare?

Should you wish to arrange childcare we can recommend Little Royals. Please contact them directly to arrange by calling +44 1586 553 863 or emailing enquiries@littleroyals.co.uk.

Do you have electric vehicle charge points on the resort?

Not currently. If you are travelling to Wyndham Duchally in an electric vehicle, we recommend locating charging points close to the resort in advance. For a live map of nearby charging facilities please visit chargeplacescotland.org/live-map.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside our hotel or lodges but you can smoke anywhere on the grounds. Please ensure you dispose of your cigarette responsibly.

Is there a recycling facility on the resort?

Yes, we have a dedicated area for recycling next to our courtyard lodges.

Are pets allowed on the resort?

Most of our standard lodges are dog friendly please, advise when booking if you require a dog friendly lodge. Registered guide and support dogs belonging to those with visual and hearing impairments are allowed in all properties featured.

Customers with allergies should be aware that we cannot guarantee that a registered guide and/or support dog has not stayed in their chosen property, nor can we accept any liability for any suffering which may occur because of such animals having been present.

What are the bed configurations and sizes?

Hotel rooms have a king size or two single beds.

Are dressing gowns available?

Dressing gowns are provided for hotel guests only.

Are there ironing facilities?

Yes - all hotel rooms have their own iron and ironing board.

Is a hairdryer provided?

Yes - all hotel rooms have a hairdryer available.

What TV channels are available?

There are a range of Freeview and sky channels available in all hotel rooms and lodges. Sky Sports is only available in the bar.

LODGE INFORMATION

If multiple lodges are booked, will they be allocated next door to each other?

We always try our utmost to accommodate parties in lodges close to each other, however this is not guaranteed. Lodges are allocated on the day of arrival.

What are the bed configurations and sizes?

One bedroom lodges have a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. Two bedroom lodges have a king size bed in the master bedroom, two singles in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. Three bedroom apartments have a king size bed in the master and second bedrooms, two singles in the third bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge.

What TV channels are available?

There are a range of Freeview and sky channels available in all hotel rooms and lodges. Sky Sports is only available in the bar.

Are cots and highchairs available?

Travel cots and highchairs (suitable for children up to 2 years old) can be requested free of charge from Reception.

Is there a room safe in the lodges?

Yes - all lodges are equipped with a safe.

Are there ironing facilities?

Yes - all hotel rooms have their own iron and ironing board.

Is a hairdryer provided?

Yes - all lodges have a hairdryer available.

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

Is the hotel accessible?

Our hotel and restaurant facilities are accessible for wheelchair users and those with mobility issues.

Do you have accessible hotel rooms?

We do not have any ground floor bedrooms and we do not have lift access.

Do you have accessible lodges?

We do 2 fully accessible lodges, with no stairs at the front door, wider doors throughout the lower level, walk-in showers, hand grips and shower seats. Some of our three bedroom lodges do have a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor, which would also be suitable for guests with mobility issues. All lodges are equipped with stand alone showers and we can supply shower chairs on request.

Can I hire mobility equipment?

Guests can contact Perth Shopmobility to hire a range of aids including wheelchairs, commodes, mobility items, bathing aids and much more. Please contact Perth Shopmobility on 01738783960 for more information.

Do you have access to a hearing loop?

We have access to a hearing loop at Reception for guests with hearing difficulties.

GETTING AROUND

How far away is the nearest town?

Auchterarder is the nearest town and is a ten minute drive away. There are 2 supermarkets and numerous high street shops in Auchterarder (it is in fact the longest High Street in Scotland at 1.5 miles.

How do I book a Taxi?

Please contact Reception if you require a taxi from the resort.
