Check in with ease

Check in at the spacious new Wyndham Costa del Sol Reception, where our reception team are waiting to welcome you and ensure all paperwork is completed quickly, so your relaxing holiday can begin. The 24-hour Reception is also the place to check out, store your baggage in the luggage storage facilities if needed, and arrange for a porter service (between 8am and midnight).

Enhancing Your Stay

Located directly next to Zac’s First Ave, and open from 8am to 10pm, our new dedicated Guest Service Centre with its helpful team will ensure that you have everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Book restaurants, reserve your Balinese Bed at our VIP pool area, request housekeeping services, book a taxi or car hire, or organise excursions – whatever you need, and whatever day-to-day questions you have, our Guest Services team is on hand to take good care of you throughout your stay.
