Complying with Spanish legislation introduced in 2024, all guests must provide personal information and contact details, and guests over the age of 14 must also provide their ID details. To save time at check in this can be completed online in advance using our online check-in process. A credit or debit card will be requested as security on arrival.

We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10am on your departure day.
Luggage storage facilities are available, please contact Reception for further details.
You may settle your account the day before departure to ensure a speedy check out.
You may continue to use the Resort facilities on your departure day.

Yes - a local tourist tax is payable on arrival and is not included in your booking total.

The current rate is €3.30 per adult (aged 16+) per night from May to October, and €2.20 per adult per night in April and November. This fee is collected at check-in and applies to all guests aged 16 and over. Children under 16 are exempt.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in all apartments and common areas.

Tickets for a variety of excursions can be purchased from Reception.

All of our accommodation is fully cleaned prior to every check-in and after each check-out. In addition to this the below are included:

For stays of 4 nights or more - one rubbish removal.
For stays of 5 to 7 nights – one towel change.
For stays of 8 to 10 nights - one full service clean including linen and towel change.
For stays of 11 nights or longer – one full service clean and two towel changes.

At Wyndham Portocolom, previously known as Residence Mallorca Cecilia, we would encourage you to support Wyndham Green - an efficiency and green practice program - by recycling your household waste. Please use the colour coded bags provided in your kitchen cupboard to separate plastics (yellow), paper and cardboard (blue) and general waste (black). The bags can be deposited at our clearly marked communal recycling points.

We operate a Linen Reuse Program. You can support our Green journey by choosing to reuse your towels and linen during your stay. In an effort to cut down on cleaning chemicals and water consumption, we will change your towels midweek. We use approved Ecolab cleaning products and are working to reduce our impact on the planet by adopting more environmentally friendly service levels.

Our pools open at 9:30am and close at 7pm.

Pool towels can be collected from reception. A fully refundable €20 deposit is required.

We have a lifeguard on duty 7 days a week during the opening times of our swimming pools.

Yes – Cala Marçal is just a 3-minute walk from the Resort (approximately 150 metres). This beautiful Blue Flag beach has soft sand, calm waters and a relaxed atmosphere, making it ideal for swimming, sunbathing or simply unwinding by the sea.

The Resort is set within Portocolom itself, so you’re already in the heart of the town. A short stroll takes you to the harbour and local amenities including restaurants, cafés, bars and shops—all within a 10–15-minute walk along scenic streets.

Reception can arrange delivery of a car hire vehicle directly to the Resort.

Taxis can be booked from Reception.

Yes – the nearest bus stop is within walking distance of the Resort. Local buses connect Portocolom with surrounding towns and beaches, and there are regular services to Palma and Manacor.

Yes – you’ll find several traditional markets nearby, perfect for picking up local produce, crafts and souvenirs. Portocolom hosts a small market on Thursdays in the town centre. For a larger market experience, head to Felanitx on Sundays (about 15 minutes’ drive), where you’ll find stalls selling everything from fresh fruit and artisan cheese to handmade goods and clothing. It’s a great way to experience the island’s culture and support local traders.
