Kick off your holiday (and shoes!)

For an effortless check-in to kick off your stay with us, head straight to our spacious new dedicated 24-hour Wyndham Costa del Sol Reception. Our welcoming reception team will ensure a speedy arrival, without the hassle of long queues and piles of paperwork slowing your down. They’ll also assist with any luggage storage you require. A porter service is available between 8am and midnight.

Ensuring a smooth stay

For the answers to all your questions, and assistance with booking any services and facilities during your stay, head over to our new Guest Service Centre next to Zac’s First Avenue. Open between 8am and 10pm daily, the dedicated team here can make reservations at our restaurants or for a Balinese Bed in our VIP pool area, help replace lost key cards, provide resort or local area information, and help arrange excursions, taxis or car hire. They’re a treasure trove of information and solutions to ensure a smooth and memorable stay.
