Frequently Asked Questions

At what time can we check-in?

The official check-in time is 14:00.

Should you wish to arrive early on your check-in date, please inform us in advance and we will do our best to prepare your accommodation for you.

At what time do we need to check-out?

Check-out time is 12:00 on the day of your departure. You may settle your account at Reception on the day before departure. Check that you have all your possessions. If you have used the safe, leave it open.

Can I request a late check-out?

Yes - a late check-out is possible for an additional fee and subject to availability. Please request details at check-in.

Is it possible to extend my stay?

Yes – Reception can extend your stay for you, subject to availability.


Are the children’s activities free?

Our kids’ club for 4–12-year-olds, offers an array of fabulous fun games for children – all in a safe and friendly environment. Some activities, such as sand painting do require a fee but the rest of the activities are free of charge.

Is there a doctor on resort?

We have a nurse on duty and a doctor on call. Should you require medical assistance please contact Reception.

Is WiFi available?

Yes - WiFi is available free of charge in our Bars & Restaurants and in all apartments.

Is there free parking on the resort?

Yes - car parking is free.

Do you have any restaurants on site?

We have a several restaurants and snack bars onsite catering for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We do not offer room service. Please see our dining page here.

Can I room charge?

Yes. For your ease and convenience, all transactions can be room charged and this is our preferred method of payment.

Do you provide pool towels?

Yes – pool towels are provided at the towels desk.

Is there a heated swimming pool?

In certain weather conditions our indoor pool may be heated.

Is there a lifeguard on duty?

Yes - lifeguards are on duty during peak periods. For shift times please see poolside signs.

Are Spa treatments available?

We offer a range of therapies at our Spa including Turkish bath treatments, massage, reiki and aromatherapy as well as beauty treatments such as facials and massages.

Does Golf have to be booked in advance?

We recommend advance booking; please see for further details and bookings.

Can golf buggy’s be hired?

Yes, golf buggy’s are mandatory and hire is included in the course fees.

Do you offer golf lessons?

Yes, one-on-one lessons with one of our Expert Instructors can be booked. Please see for further details.


What are the bed configurations and sizes?

One bedroom apartments have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. Two bedroom apartments and suites have a double bed in the master bedroom, two singles in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. Three bedroom apartments have a double bed in the master bedroom, two singles in the each of the other bedrooms and a sofa bed in the lounge.

Are cots and highchairs available?

Travel cots (suitable for children up to 2 years old), and stair gates can be requested free of charge from Reception. Highchairs are available in our restaurants.

Is there are a charge for damages?

We ask you to assist us in keeping your apartment in good condition and maintaining the standard of the resort accommodation. Please help us by informing Reception if anything is broken, missing or damaged within your apartment. You may be required to pay for any unnecessary damage that is caused during your stay.

Are there ironing facilities in the apartments?

Yes - all apartments have their own iron and ironing board.

Do the apartments have air conditioning?

Yes - all apartments have air conditioning.

Is there a washing machine in the apartment?

Yes - all apartments have a washing machine.

Are pets allowed on the resort?

No - pets are not allowed on the resort.

How is rubbish disposed of?

We encourage you to support Wyndham Green, a Wyndham efficiency and green practice program by recycling your household waste. Colour coded bags are provided in all apartments to separate plastics, paper, cardboard, and general waste, and bags can be deposited at communal recycling points clearly marked at the resort.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside our apartments or our restaurants, though it is permitted on the terraces.

Is there a television in the apartment?

Yes - every apartment has satellite television with channels in various languages.

Is there a room safe in the apartment?

Yes - all apartments are equipped with a safe. Please contact Reception for more information, or if you experience any difficulties.


How far is the beach?

We run a regular shuttle bus to beach from hotel and back from beach, which is a 20-minute drive from the resort.

How far away is the nearest town?

The town of Soke is 4km away.

Can I hire a car once at the resort?

Yes, we have a Car Rental Desk at the resort.

How do I book a Taxi?

Please contact Reception if you require a taxi from the resort
