At what time can we check-in?

The official check-in time is 15:00 for hotel rooms, and 16:00 for lodges.

Should you wish to arrive early on your check-in date, please inform us in advance and we will do our best to prepare your accommodation for you.

At what time do we need to check-out?

Check-out time is 11:00 on the day of your departure for hotel rooms, and 10:00 for lodges. You may settle your account at Reception on the day before departure.

Can I request a late check-out?

Yes - a late check-out is possible for an additional fee and subject to availability. Please request details at check-in.

Is it possible to extend my stay?

Yes – Reception can extend your stay for you, subject to availability.

RESORT FACILITIES

Is WiFi available?

Yes - we have complimentary WiFi available throughout the resort.

Is there free parking on the resort?

Yes, we have plenty of parking available and we do not allocate so you can park anywhere in the area that your lodge/hotel room is located.

Do you have any restaurants on site?

We have a restaurant and a bar and lounge onsite catering for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner. We also offer takeaways. Please see our dining page here.

Can I room charge?

Yes. For your ease and convenience, all transactions can be room charged and this is our preferred method of payment.

Do you provide pool towels?

Yes – pool towels are provided for you in your accommodation.

Is there a heated swimming pool?

Yes, our swimming pool is heated.

Do you have electric vehicle charge points on the resort?

Yes - we have vehicle charge points in the car park directly outside the hotel.

Is smoking allowed?

Smoking is not permitted inside our hotel or lodges but you can smoke anywhere on the grounds. Please ensure you dispose of your cigarette responsibly.

Is there a recycling facility on the resort?

Yes - we have a dedicated areas for recycling around the resort.

Are pets allowed on the resort?

Most of our standard lodges are dog friendly please, advise when booking if your require a dog friendly lodge. Registered guide and support dogs belonging to those with visual and hearing impairments are allowed in all properties featured. Customers with allergies should be aware that we cannot guarantee that a registered guide and/or support dog has not stayed in their chosen property nor can we accept any liability for any suffering which may occur because of such animals having been present.

What are the bed configurations and sizes?

Hotel rooms have a king size or two single beds.

Are dressing gowns available?

Dressing gowns are provided for hotel guests.

Are there ironing facilities?

Yes - all hotel rooms have their own iron and ironing board.

Is a hairdryer provided?

Yes - all hotel rooms have a hairdryer available.

What TV channels are available?

There are a range of Freeview channels available in all hotel rooms and lodges.

LODGE INFORMATION

If multiple lodges are booked, will they be allocated next door to each other?

We always try our utmost to accommodate parties in lodges close to each other, however this is not guaranteed. Lodges are allocated on the day of arrival.

What are the bed configurations and sizes?

One bedroom lodges have a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge. Two bedroom lodges have a king size bed in the master bedroom, two singles in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge.

What TV channels are available?

There are a range of Freeview channels available in all hotel rooms and lodges.

Are cots and highchairs available?

Travel cots and highchairs (suitable for children up to 2 years old) can be requested free of charge from Reception.

Are there ironing facilities?

Yes - all hotel rooms have their own iron and ironing board.

Is a hairdryer provided?

Yes - all hotel rooms have a hairdryer available.

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

Do you have accessible hotel rooms?

We have one accessible room, which has ramp access to the car park. It is situated on the lower ground floor so you do need to go outside to access to the restaurant, reception and other facilities on the ground floor of the hotel.

Do you have accessible lodges?

All lodges are on one level and most of them are wheelchair accessible. Please inform us when you make a reservation if you require wheelchair access.

Can I hire mobility equipment?

Guests can contact The British Red Cross to hire a range of aids including wheelchairs, commodes, mobility items, bathing aids and much more, which are all available to be delivered or collected by guests for short term loans. Payment is required upon delivery. British Red Cross: 01872 267953.

GETTING AROUND

How far is the beach?

The expansive beach and sand dunes of Par Sands is just a 10 minute drive away.

How far away is the nearest town?

The village of Tywardreath is just a 4 minute drive away and has a small convenience store. Par is another 4 minute drive away from there and has a couple of larger supermarkets, a post office and several high street shops.

How do I book a Taxi?
