Should you plan to arrive early on your check-in date, please let us know in advance by telephone or email. We always do our best to minimise waiting times.

Complying with Spanish legislation introduced in 2024, all guests must provide personal information and contact details, and guests over the age of 14 must also provide their ID details. To save time at check in this can be completed online in advance using our online check-in process. A credit or debit card will be requested as security on arrival.

We kindly request that you vacate your room by 10am on your departure day.

Luggage storage facilities are available; please contact Reception for further details.

You may settle your account the day before departure to ensure a speedy check out.

You may continue to use the Resort facilities on your departure day.

Wi-Fi is available free of charge in Zacary’s restaurant, Reception, the swimming pool area and all apartments.

Our kid’s club, Team Marina, is suitable for children aged from 4 to 12 years old. There is a registration cost of €5 per child and includes a Team Marina t-shirt. Some additional activities do require an additional charge – please speak to Team Marina direct for further details.

We are pleased to make appointments for a massage or a hairdresser on request. For further information, please contact Reception.

Tickets for a variety of excursions can be purchased from our excursions desk, located in Reception.

Our onsite mini-market, Sam’s Pantry, is open 7 days a week for grocery and holiday essentials as well as hot and cold drinks, ice cream and fresh bread and pastries.

All of our accommodation is thoroughly cleaned before every check-in and after each check-out. In addition to this the below are included:

For stays of four nights or more - one rubbish removal.

For stays of five to seven nights – one towel change.

For stays of eight to ten nights - one full service clean including linen and towel change.

For stays of 11 nights or longer – one full service clean and two towel changes.

We do, and we would encourage you to support Wyndham Green - an efficiency and green practice program - by recycling your household waste. Please use the colour coded bags provided in your kitchen cupboard to separate plastics (yellow), paper and cardboard (blue) and general waste (black). The bags can be deposited at our clearly marked communal recycling points.

We operate a Linen Reuse Program. You can support our green journey by choosing to reuse your towels and linen during your stay. In an effort to cut down on cleaning chemicals and water consumption, we will change your towels midweek. We use approved Ecolab cleaning products and are working to reduce our impact on the planet by adopting more environmentally friendly service levels.

Both of our pools are seasonally heated, typically from November to May.

Our pools open at 9:30am and close at 6pm from November to March and at 7pm from April to October.

Pool towels can be collected from reception. A fully refundable €20 deposit is required.

We have a lifeguard on duty 7 days a week during the opening times of our swimming pools.

Multiple golf courses are located close to Wyndham Residences Golf del Sur. The closest options are Campo de Golf - Golf del Sur, located approximately 0.4 miles away, and Amarilla Golf Club, which is about 0.5 miles away.

The nearest beaches are in El Medano or La Tejita. These natural beaches are a 10 minute drive away. Los Cristianos and Las Americas beaches are a 20 minute drive away.

The fishing village of Los Abrigos is less than a 10 minute drive away. The lively duo of Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas are just a 20 minute drive or taxi ride away where you will find a variety of bars, restaurants, beaches and water sports.

Reception can arrange delivery of a car hire vehicle directly to the Resort.

Taxis can be booked from Reception.

There is a bus stop on the road directly outside the Resort with direct routes to the Airport and to Los Cristianos and connections around the whole of the island.

For the enjoyment of all guests, we request that noise be kept to a minimum after 11pm. We kindly request that guests on the first floor exercise particular care when moving furniture to avoid inconveniencing those below.
